Payments
We accept payment (GBP) via our secure Stripe account and accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment will be deemed to have been made once we are in receipt of all cleared funds and until such time, all goods will remain the property of Be Grounded Limited.
Delivery and returns
Delivery times time for ‘First Class Signed For’ and ‘Next Day Tracked’ are dependant on individual postal services and are therefore not guaranteed. All orders received before 2.00 pm will be processed and despatched the same day. Any orders received after 2.00 pm will be despatched the next working day. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, then please email us at hello@begrounded.co.uk to arrange a return. You are eligible for either a refund or replacement.
If you wish to return the goods for any other reason then please contact us in writing or by email within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. The goods must be returned in a re-saleable and unused condition. Upon receipt of the returned goods, Be Grounded Limited will issue a refund. You will need to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
