This Earthing® Mat is eco-friendly and non-toxic to provide you with a safe and premium quality grounding product.

The thin black top conductive layer is the layer that makes contact with your body is consumer friendly, safe, and is made of Polyurethane (PU). Earthing™ PU Leather is vinyl free, and platelet free.

Carbon is the second most abundant element in the human body after oxygen and is what conducts the earth’s energy. The thin layer of PU leather is infused with conductive carbon pigment for the conductive top layer, and also makes the leather naturally flame-resistant without the use of harsh chemicals. The PU leather would not be conductive without the addition of carbon.

The bottom or non-conductive layer is made of Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) closed cell foam, is latex and PVC free and is among the safest foam used, often found in footwear and children’s foam toys.

I am loving my earthing mat. I have noticed that if I take my blood pressure after using my mat it is much lower so very happy as I don’t want to have to take tablets if possible. Hopefully this will continue with further use

I don’t know how the magic works but it does !
Because I’m lazy and knew I’d forget to stand on it , I keep it permanently plugged in under my pillows , on my bed.
Within about 3 days, my aches & pains were about 50% better on waking and about a month in, the generalised pain I experienced during the day has almost gone .
I can’t praise this product enough

I bought this mat for my partner who had to begin chemotherapy tablets.
They explained various horrid side effects and yet he has had none!
He has the mat plugged in where he sits on the sofa and so has his feet on it regularly throughout the day/evening.
Obviously we cannot be sure that the mat is the reason, however for an affordable item it is definitely worth trying.

I bought this Earthing mat just to see if I would feel a benefit from it.
I have definitely noticed that I am sleeping more soundly and deeply, waking less too.
I think I will eventually upgrade to a full size mattress Earthing mat, and then be able to use this mat elsewhere or even gift it to someone, as I ground as much as possible and am always barefoot at home and in the garden.

I used this mat on top of a foam wedge pillow inside a cotton pillow case, basically it only came into contact through a cotton pillowcase layer plus through my night wear, so no direct skin contact. However the first night I noticed an unexpected difference… the Earthing mat has reduced the number of nocturnal bathroom visits by half! I still find it hard to believe, but it has continued and it makes a massive difference to the duration and quality my sleep, I’d even say my dreams are less stressful!

Use under my desk when working and can feel the difference after only a month. Blood pressure also reduced without any other changes so I believe is linked. Have now started sleeping with my feet on it and it appears to help with restful sleep both on sleep tracker data but also how I rested I feel.

Getting set up and connected with your grounding product:

For the best experience, we recommend direct skin contact with the Earthing® product. However the sleep mats and pillow covers can be placed beneath a 100% natural fibre bedsheet/cover (e.g. cotton, bamboo, linen, silk) and you’ll still be grounded

Each Earthing® pack includes a connector cord and socket adapter.

Pop the black connector cord onto the metal stud of your product.
Place the metal pin at the other end of the connector cord into one of the socket adapter holes (each adapter has two holes to connect more than one grounding product).
Plug the Earthing® socket adapter into the wall socket.

You are now correctly connected to the earth and begin being grounded.

Grounding does NOT require any electrical power and only connects to the “earth” copper wire within the wall socket. The wall switch does not need to be ON, however, it won’t matter or make a difference if it is.

If you have insufficient wall sockets available, you can also connect your Earthing® socket adapter to a power extension cable instead.

To clean, simply wipe down with warm soapy water. Avoid chemical cleaners

Earth provides us with “electric nutrition,” through a limitless supply of electrons. These electrons give the ground, lakes and oceans a natural negative electric charge. potent painkilling, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and stress reducing properties.

Research demonstrates that direct contact with the earth (or ground) our bodies absorb the electrons through our skin and restores and stabilizes the bioelectrical circuitry that governs our body. Going barefoot ( i.e. sit, stand, walk, run) outside directly on the earth, or you can swim/paddle in the sea/lake/river, for 30 minutes or more each day. On land, conductive surfaces for being grounded/earthing include soil, grass, sand, gravel, and rock. Concrete is also conductive. Moist surfaces are more conductive than dry. You cannot ground yourself on asphalt, vinyl, and wooden surface; they are not conductive.

If your daily routine, the weather, or surface conditions don’t accommodate outdoor grounding, you can conveniently ground yourself indoors whilst at home or at work using the sleep mat, sleep pillow or the univeral earthing mat. The best opportunity to gain the many benefits of earthing indoors is to sleep grounded.

Earthing research indicates that grounding represents a simple, natural, and powerful tool for reducing all sorts of pain conditions, inflammation-related diseases, insomnia and chronic fatigue.

James Oschman, Ph.D., who is an internationally-renowned expert on energy medicine and a member of the EARTHING board of advisors, describes the following:

“Earthing works fast. Anyone can try it. You don’t even have to believe it works. If you don’t feel well or have pain, for whatever reason, just put your bare feet on the ground – on grass, wet sand, gravel, or plain dirt − for a half-hour. See what happens. There is nothing that comes close to Earthing for quick relief. You can literally feel pain draining from your body the instant you touch the Earth.”

Earthing products are designed to be used with an Earthing ground rod placed in the soil outside next to a window or door, or via a grounded wall socket outlet inside the home or office.

The first thing you need to know is that Earthing products DO NOT operate on electricity, they simply allow the natural, gentle energy from the Earth outside to be carried inside. No. They simply ground you by transferring the Earth’s energy through the ground port of a properly grounded outlet or from a ground rod placed directly in the Earth. The energy passes through a cord to the conductive Earthing product specially designed for human grounding. When your body comes in contact with an Earthing product you absorb the Earth’s energy. No. Earthing products and the cords that connect them are designed only to conduct the Earth’s energy to you. They do not conduct any electrical power that operates your lights and appliances. You connect your Earthing product to the ground (earth) contact of a wall outlet or to a ground rod planted in the soil outside. All Earthing cords have a built-in 100 kilo-Ohms resistor providing protection in the unlikely case of an electric current flowing into the grounding wire such as when you touch a metallic object or appliance that is electrically charged due to a short-circuit in it.

No need to unplug them. Just leave them plugged in at the outlet unless you are going to move them to another room. Earthing products don’t “run” on electricity. They aren’t running up any bill when you leave them plugged in.
