This Earthing® Mat is eco-friendly and non-toxic to provide you with a safe and premium quality grounding product.

The thin black top conductive layer is the layer that makes contact with your body is consumer friendly, safe, and is made of Polyurethane (PU). Earthing™ PU Leather is vinyl free, and platelet free.

Carbon is the second most abundant element in the human body after oxygen and is what conducts the earth’s energy. The thin layer of PU leather is infused with conductive carbon pigment for the conductive top layer, and also makes the leather naturally flame-resistant without the use of harsh chemicals. The PU leather would not be conductive without the addition of carbon.

The bottom or non-conductive layer is made of Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) closed cell foam, is latex and PVC free and is among the safest foam used, often found in footwear and children’s foam toys.

Use under my desk when working and can feel the difference after only a month. Blood pressure also reduced without any other changes so I believe is linked. Have now started sleeping with my feet on it and it appears to help with restful sleep both on sleep tracker data but also how I rested I feel.

I used this mat on top of a foam wedge pillow inside a cotton pillow case, basically it only came into contact through a cotton pillowcase layer plus through my night wear, so no direct skin contact. However the first night I noticed an unexpected difference… the Earthing mat has reduced the number of nocturnal bathroom visits by half! I still find it hard to believe, but it has continued and it makes a massive difference to the duration and quality my sleep, I’d even say my dreams are less stressful!

I bought this Earthing mat just to see if I would feel a benefit from it.
I have definitely noticed that I am sleeping more soundly and deeply, waking less too.
I think I will eventually upgrade to a full size mattress Earthing mat, and then be able to use this mat elsewhere or even gift it to someone, as I ground as much as possible and am always barefoot at home and in the garden.

Instructions:

Simply click the coil cord onto your Earthing mat
Place the mat wherever you want to put it. The black side should face up and the blue side will face down
Clip the other end of the coil cord into the plug and insert into your wall plug socket
You are ready to BeGrounded! There’s no need to switch on the electricity you are simply receiving the Earth’s free electrons from the grounding port of your socket

Earth provides us with “electric nutrition,” through a limitless supply of electrons. These electrons give the ground, lakes and oceans a natural negative electric charge. potent painkilling, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and stress reducing properties.

Research demonstrates that direct contact with the earth (or ground) our bodies absorb the electrons through our skin and restores and stabilizes the bioelectrical circuitry that governs our body.
